They utilise groundwater flow models, geotechnical engineering concepts and site presence to design and optimise the most efficient groundwater control systems in the industry.

James is an Engineering Geologist with a strong interest in Geoethics and environmental stewardship. He is currently progressing towards chartership with The Geological Society of London with his area of expertise being in hydrogeology and groundwater management.
At the age of 25 James have now had over four years of involvement in the Dewatering Industry. In this time, including over the past year, he have developed a real passion for groundwater management and control. He is committed in continuing to develop and grow in the industry and wish to see the industry thrive as a whole. In his career he had sought to have a positive impact on the dewatering industry. In particular, over the past year, he have developed strong beliefs in the sustainable management of groundwater and environmental stewardship during dewatering operations. James want to see the dewatering industry respected and recognised as proactive when it comes to environmental protection, particularly in the face of climate change and global water scarcity. As such, he have engaged in research over the past year on the topic of Geoethics and its application to the dewatering industry. He has been involved in the publication of a number of papers on this topic which serve to raise awareness within the industry.
