Andrew is a director of Vietti Slurrytec in Johannesburg, having founded the company in 2015.

Andrew has had 25 years work experience in the field of solid/liquid separation both in industry where he was intimately involved in the development of Paste and Thickened Tailings disposal systems within the De Beers Group, as well as in the minerals consulting field where he was a Director of Paterson & Cooke.

He regularly lectures at courses at international forums and conferences.

Specialties: Clay mineral behaviour, design and evaluation of Paste an other thickening systems, design of water recovery and tailings disposal systems.
