Dustin Henderson, Vice President Sales, NCS Fluid Handling Systems Inc.

Dustin has over 15 years of experience in the equipment industry and ventured into the fluid management sector in 2014. Since then, his passion for delivering solutions has expanded to include comprehensive strategies for Canada’s most challenging water management projects. As the leader of the NCS sales team, Dustin oversees estimators, designers, and sales & business development professionals to provide top-tier fluid handling solutions.

Specializing in hydraulic design and fluid dynamics, Dustin excels in mentoring his team. His engaging leadership style focuses on both team and customer satisfaction. He combines data driven managerial skills with technical expertise, enabling his team to execute some of Canada’s largest and most complex fluid handling projects.

Dustin leverages his extensive experience in equipment rental and operations to support the operations team and various branches across Canada. He collaborates closely with operational management and project execution teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service packages that uphold the esteemed NCS brand.

Supported by a dedicated team of professionals committed to safety, client success, and overall project performance, Dustin leads one of the best field-level technical teams in the industry.

Mehrzad Emanuel, Sr. Advisor – Water Treatment, NCS Fluid Handling Systems Inc:

Mehrzad Emanuel is an experienced executive with a proven track record of success in growth through innovative products and services, as well as advisory roles within the environmental services industry. His expertise spans air and water pollution control and the energy markets.

Currently, Mehrzad serves as the Senior Advisor to NCS Fluid Handling Systems Inc., where he applies his extensive knowledge to guide the company in navigating the complexities of environmental regulations and market demands. His strategic insights and leadership help drive innovation and growth within the organization.

From 2017 to 2022, Mehrzad was the Director of the Filtration Program at United Rentals (NYSE: URI), where he held P&L, product, and sales responsibilities for air and water filtration products across the US, Canada, and Europe. Under his leadership, the product portfolio included activated carbon, ion exchange, and specialty media-based treatments for air, water, and soil, as well as chemical scrubbers, electrochemical and chemical coagulation systems, clarifiers, and sediment filtration systems.

Mehrzad successfully established and expanded the filtration division through strategic geographic expansion, new product development, and mergers and acquisitions. His efforts resulted in creating one of the largest filtration rental platforms in North America and Europe.

Mehrzad holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and has completed the MBA program at Pepperdine University. His comprehensive understanding of both engineering and business management enables him to drive growth and innovation in the environmental sector
